Responsibilities
- Perform landscape construction tasks including paving, turfing, fencing , driveways, drainage, walling, brick and natural stone.
- Operate power tools such as cutters mixers, hedge, diggers, dumpers and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Use hand tools for , digging, edging, and soil preparation.
- Self manage and manage small teams
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscape construction hard and soft.
- Mechanical knowledge of power tools and for efficient operation and troubleshooting
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively in outdoor environments
- Experience with construction or excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus
- Strong understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniques
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods
