La Bella Beauty is seeking a talented and motivated Self-employed Hairdresser to join our vibrant team who specialises in caucasian hair. Experience in store management, barbering, and customer service is highly desirable, along with skills in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and upselling. Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments
- Provide expert advice on haircare products and styling techniques to clients
- Manage client appointments efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Promote additional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to maximise client satisfaction and revenue
- Upsell retail products effectively to enhance client experience and business growth
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements
5+ experience!
Must be able: style/cut/blow caucasian hair
- Proven experience as a hairdresser with relevant qualifications recognised within the industry
- Skills in store management, barbering, eyelash extensions, and makeup application are advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently and professionally
- Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple appointments simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to upselling and business development
- Must be self-employed with appropriate licensing and insurance coverage for operating independently within the salon environment
