Job Summary:
DigiMedia Online Marketing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to shape digital strategy, lead multichannel campaigns, and help clients achieve measurable online growth. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing leader who combines creative thinking with strong commercial and performance insight.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Lead, manage, and motivate the digital marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee SEO optimisation efforts to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other channels
- Coordinate content creation, copywriting, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools
- Maintain and update the organisation’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and optimised for search engines
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other analysis tools to inform future strategies
- Oversee social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting B2B audiences to generate leads and nurture client relationships
- Monitor industry trends in B2B marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels
- Manage budgets effectively while ensuring ROI on all digital marketing activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong track record of leading successful campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, and email marketing tools
- Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing operations is preferred
- Experience in B2B marketing environments is highly desirable
- A recognised qualification in Marketing or related fields would be advantageous

Pay: £45,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
