Experience
- Proven supervising or management experience in a retail or food service environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customers
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, sales management, and organizational tasks
- Previous experience in bakery operations or food retail is preferred but not required
