Job Overview
The Recruitment Resourcer role is an entry-level position within our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to build a career in recruitment.
You will support Senior Recruiters and Account Managers with sourcing, screening, coordination, and day-to-day delivery activity across our RPO accounts. Full training, coaching, and hands-on support will be provided to help you grow into a fully capable recruiter.
This role suits individuals who enjoy fast-paced work, strong communication, multitasking, and engaging with candidates. Prior recruitment experience is not required, though experience in customer service, sales, outbound calling, or contact-centre roles is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Support
- Source candidates through job boards, advertisements, LinkedIn, and database searching.
- Conduct initial telephone screenings and assess candidate suitability.
- Support with headhunting, proactive search, and building talent pools.
- Maintain a positive, high-quality candidate experience throughout all interactions.
Recruitment Process Coordination
- Assist Senior Recruiters in managing the full recruitment process.
- Arrange interviews, confirm times, and ensure candidates are fully briefed.
- Collect and record candidate documentation for compliance and onboarding.
- Update job adverts and ensure accurate, engaging content.
RPO Delivery Support
- Maintain accurate data within ATS/CRM systems.
- Support daily delivery activity, including CV formatting, data entry, and pipeline administration.
- Work with offshore and on-site teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Help prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and weekly activity summaries.
Client Service & Communication
- Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Attend internal catchups, team meetings, and client briefings when required.
- Ensure a service-led, solutions-focused approach at all times.
Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Develop capability in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Take part in coaching sessions and training delivered by Senior Recruiters and Account Managers.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency and candidate engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience (not required but beneficial)
- Customer service, telesales, call-centre, or outbound calling experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multitasking responsibilities.
Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confident speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working with IT systems, email, and online tools.
- Proactive, positive, and eager to learn.
Additional Requirements
- Full training will be provided — no recruitment experience required.
- A driving licence is helpful but not essential.
