About Grilandia
Escape to Grilandia. We are a growing Lebanese restaurant group with six locations across London, known for exceptional food, beautiful surroundings and warm, memorable hospitality.
We’re looking for a confident, experienced and driven Branch Manager to take ownership of one of our restaurants and lead the team to success.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, takes initiative and genuinely cares about people, service and results.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running and overall performance of your restaurant.
You’ll lead, motivate and develop your team while ensuring we consistently deliver the high standards our guests expect.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead daily restaurant operations and drive sales and profitability.
- Lead by example and maintain exceptional food, service and cleanliness standards.
- Recruit, train, motivate and develop your team.
- Manage and support Assistant Managers and supervisors.
- Manage rotas, labour costs, stock and operational controls.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Ensure food safety, health & safety and company standards are maintained.
- Identify opportunities to improve the restaurant and implement solutions.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.

- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Hands-on and willing to get stuck in wherever needed.
- A strong communicator with excellent people skills.
Experience in Lebanese, Middle Eastern or Mediterranean restaurants is highly desirable.
