A Chance to Take Your Next Step
We understand that moving from Care Assistant to Senior Care Assistant can feel like a big step, which is why we want to give the right person the opportunity to learn, develop and grow into the role.
You'll receive support and training to help you build confidence in areas such as leading a shift, medication, supporting colleagues, handovers and maintaining high standards of care.
As you develop, you'll take on more responsibility and have the opportunity to strengthen your leadership and management skills, giving you valuable experience for further career progression within care.
