We are seeking skilled and motivated Electricians to join our team on a new-build project in Girvan. The successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of electrical installation works, including containment systems, first and second fix wiring, and final testing and commissioning.

Duties
- Install containment systems including tray, basket, conduit and trunking in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Carry out first and second fix electrical installations on a new-build project.
- Install and terminate wiring, accessories, distribution equipment and associated electrical systems.
- Conduct testing, inspection and fault finding as required to ensure installations meet current regulations and project standards.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and specifications to complete works accurately.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with current BS7671 regulations and company procedures.
- Work closely with supervisors, project managers and other trades to ensure programme requirements are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure work areas remain safe and organised.
- Complete relevant documentation and records associated with installation and testing activities.
- Support apprentices and less experienced operatives where required.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Electrician on commercial or industrial new-build projects.
- Experience installing containment systems and carrying out first and second fix works.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- ECS Gold Card preferred.
- Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
