Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Castleford who are looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join their busy team.
About the Business:
Our Client has 50 years of British manufacturing excellence, which has seen them establish an enviable reputation as industry leaders for Decorative & raw panel products, bonded panels, profiles & components.
About The Role:
The operative will alongside their team provide effective, timely and efficient working practices throughout all departments within the factory.
This is an ongoing position on a temporary contract.
Working Monday to Thursday 6am to 5.30pm, during quieter periods you may be required to work 7am to 5pm.
Pay Rates are £12.71 and can increased when multiskilled on other roles within the business
Overtime is paid at 1.5x over 44 hours a week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working in a busy industrial production environment you will be involved with the producing of high-quality finished products.
- As our client is extremely customer focused you will be expected to demonstrate an excellent level of quality in your work and will work to a high standard at all times.
- Working in a busy production environment
- Moving stock around the production area
- Feeding materials into machinery
- Packing product ready for dispatch
- Full training given
- This is a physical role that requires reliability and the ability to work as part of a team
About you:
- With good communication skills, you will be a team player with a flexible attitude to work.
- You must have excellent attention to detail, be enthusiastic with a thirst to learn, develop and progress.
- Punctual
- Physically Fit
- Experience within a similar Manufacturing Background
- Machine Based Experience
- Be comfortable with Manual Handling tasks
