You’ll support people in their own homes through personal care and daily living tasks, helping them stay safe, independent and well.
You’ll be part of a supportive community team, working alongside healthcare professionals, patients and families. This role makes a real difference by delivering high-quality care that respects each person’s needs, preferences and dignity.
What you’ll do:
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing and meal support
Administer medication and carry out basic observations within your training
Support mobility and encourage independence in daily activities
Maintain accurate records using electronic systems
Work with colleagues and other services to ensure joined-up care
What we’re looking for:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or similar experience
Experience working in a care or health setting
Strong communication skills with patients, carers and teams
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Willingness to complete training such as Care Certificate or medication competency
