Metricell is looking for a graduate commercial executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career within the technology and telecommunications industry, gaining experience across areas such as pre-sales, account management and product support.
You do not need to have previous telecommunications experience or detailed technical knowledge. We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is willing to learn our products, understand our industry and get involved wherever needed.
You will gain exposure to a variety of customer-facing and commercial activities, helping customers understand our solutions, supporting their delivery and building long-term relationships.

What you’ll be doing
Depending on your strengths and interests, you will support activities including:
- Working with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Assisting with product demonstrations, proposals and pre-sales activities.
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of technology and software solutions.
- Providing product support to customers and internal teams.
- Building strong customer relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Collaborating with our Engineering, Product, Delivery and Sales teams.
- Learning our products, services and industry to develop your knowledge and expertise.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and support commercial success.
- Taking a flexible, hands-on approach and assisting with wider commercial activities when needed.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic and ready to begin their career in the technology industry.
You will ideally have:
- A degree in Business or a related discipline.
- A genuine interest in technology, software or telecommunications and AI.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- The confidence to communicate with customers and colleagues at different levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn about our products and the telecommunications industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding customers’ needs.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- The flexibility to take on new challenges and learn from experience.
Experience in customer-facing work, presentations, placements or internships would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Previous telecommunications knowledge is also beneficial but not required, as training and support will be provided.
