We are an ARLA registered family run independent sales and lettings agency set in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds.
We help our Landlords by taking care of the day-to-day tenancy management of their properties, with an admin, maintenance and client accounting service.
We are currently looking to recruit a fabulous Tenancy Manager to join our team, with existing tenancy and property management experience.
This role offers extensive training to help you get your qualifications, however you may already be qualified, which is awesome and will certainly progress you in the role faster.

The ROLE of a Tenancy Manager:
The role will be based across our two offices and will be conducted on the phone, PC and through in person visits to our portfolio across the North Cotswolds.
You will ultimately manage all aspects of the Tenancy for a portfolio in a manner that preserves the good name and reputation of the Letting Agency and retains landlords with minimal errors and thereby generating no complaints.
You will act as liaison between tenants and landlords in matters relating to the tenancy and report accurately to the client as required. In all dealings with client, landlords and tenants to ensure that clear and compliant advice is provided
If you are not yet qualified, we will provide full training to help you achieve your Level 3 and 4 Technical Awards in Lettings.
Below is an example of the various tasks a tenancy manager may carry out whilst managing a portfolio.
We also have a highly experienced management and supervisory team and extensive in-house training to make sure any gaps in your knowledge will be quickly filled, you will never be left alone or unsupported.
The Responsibilities of a Tenancy Manager
As a Tenancy Manager here, your role will be to look after a specific portfolio of properties for one or more clients, you will be the first port of call for any tenancy queries from either landlord or tenant, and also contractors. You will book and report on check-ins and check outs, organise and conduct inspections, deposit registration and return, negotiations ref return, handle deposit disputes, contractor quotes and invoicing, managing the completion of maintenance and much more. We do also manage some HMO properties and LHA, but full training will be given in any aspects you haven't covered before.
Requirements:
· Have at least 2 years’ Experience in Property or Tenancy Management
· Understand the essential elements of Tenancies
· Be used to talking to Landlords and Tenants
· Fully understand the importance of getting work done on properties FAST
· Be used to communicating with contractors
· Be polite and have great communication skills
· Be able to be direct and firm when needed
· Be sympathetic and understanding when needed too
· Have a good attention to detail mindset
· Excellent administration and organisation skills

Experience:
· Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
