We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team at Star Hotel Kingussie.
This is a flexible role, ideal for someone looking for part-time work alongside other commitments. We can offer morning and evening shifts during the week and at weekends, with flexible hours to suit your availability.
What you'll be doing
- Washing dishes, pots and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised
- Helping the chefs with basic kitchen duties and preparation
- Cleaning work areas and equipment
- Emptying bins and keeping the kitchen running smoothly
- Following food hygiene and health & safety standards
What we're looking for
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Good teamwork and willingness to help
- Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful, but full training can be provided
- Good availability for morning and/or evening shifts
