Responsibilities:
- Preparing year-end accounts under FRS102 & FRS105
- Handle VAT return preparation and submission
- Preparing personal & corporate tax returns
- Execute general bookkeeping tasks
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues as needed
- Act as liaison with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- AAT/ACCA qualified
- Minimum 3 years experience in UK accountancy practice
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in various accounting software platforms
- Meticulous attention to numerical data and detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues
