Join a friendly specialist SEN school in Lewisham supporting children and young people aged 2-25 with autism and additional needs.
You'll work alongside experienced teachers and therapists in small classes, helping pupils develop their communication, confidence and independence in a supportive and rewarding environment.

- Salary: £22,000-£24,000 per year
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm, Term Time Only

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant you'll support pupils with a range of additional needs both in and out of the classroom. No two days are the same. You'll encourage communication and social development, celebrate personal milestones and help pupils build the confidence and independence they need to thrive.
You'll become part of a caring team that celebrates every achievement, no matter how small. From helping a pupil communicate for the first time to supporting them to become more independent, you'll make a genuine difference every day.
