Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Care Team Leader to join our Supported Living service at Cecilian Court, Stamford.

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in leading by example, supporting your team and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you'll help create a positive, supportive environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and supervising a team of Support Workers
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Developing and reviewing individual support plans
- Supporting people with personal care, medication and daily living activities
- Monitoring the quality of care and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Building positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and Glenholme Specialist Healthcare policies
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice and inclusion for every individual we support
- Acting as a positive role model for your team and helping to develop their skills and confidence
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and inspiring others.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within health and social care
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- A compassionate, patient and person-centred approach
- Good knowledge of CQC standards and current care legislation
- Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- A genuine commitment to improving the lives of the people you support
Cecilian Court is a purpose-built Supported Living service located in the historic town of Stamford, Lincolnshire.
The service consists of 11 spacious self-contained apartments designed to promote independence while providing personalised support tailored to each individual's needs.
Purpose-built with accessibility in mind, the development features open-plan living, widened doorways, lift access throughout and modern communal areas, enabling the people we support to enjoy safe, comfortable and independent living.
