Your Daily Role
As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our region's logistics network. You will:
- Load pre-sorted parcels into your provided van at the local depot.
- Follow optimized, sequence-guided GPS routing on your provided mobile device.
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Maintain a safety-first mindset while delivering excellent customer service.
What You Need to Qualify
Due to fleet insurance and operational requirements, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Must be 21 or older.
- License: Minimum 1 year holding a Full UK Driving License.
- License Points: Maximum of 6 active points (No active DR, DD, or IN endorsements).
- Background: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 20kg and comfortably step in/out of a delivery van throughout a 9-hour shift.
- Availability: Must be willing to work at least one weekend day.

- The role requires occasionally lifting packages up to 20kg and regularly getting in/out of a van up to 200 times a day. Are you comfortable with this level of physical activity for a 9 hour shift?
- Are you at least 21 years old (For Insurance Purposes) and have held a valid Full UK driver’s manual license for longer than 1 year?
- Do you have 6 or fewer active penalty points on your license? (Note: We cannot accept candidates with IN10, DR, or CD endorsements due to insurance requirements)
- We operate 7 days a week. Are you available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week?
