Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and outgoing Bar Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, focusing primarily on bar work, but also assisting with catering and the setup and breakdown of rooms for various events taking place.
Applicants must be available for weekend evenings as Friday and/or Saturday nights are the primary working hours for this role. Any weekday availability would also be a bonus! Previous bar experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, quality and safety.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food/bar safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away as required.
Skills
- Previous experience of working in a bar setting is essential to the role
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable
- Positive levels of physical fitness
- Knowledge of safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
