An approachable, positive individual who can put customers at ease with a warmth synonymous with Provenance Inns & Hotels. Understands what it takes to deliver the highest-quality customer service within a premium setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Will have a full understanding of the provenance of each of the dishes on the menu and be able to talk about these confidently.
· Will be able to upsell on food and beverages, recommending accompaniments and pairings.
· Is a team player willing to provide a pivotal role between kitchen and front of house.
· Is willing to learn about the drivers behind this premium business and understand its focus on excellence.
· Will be customer focused, understanding how to deliver the premium guest experience synonymous with Provenance Inns & Hotels.
· Will support a busy environment, using own initiative to alleviate pressures when volume surges.
· Will take pride in a clean, safe, functional and efficient front of house operation.

REQUIREMENTS
· Will require own transport
· No formal qualifications necessary, but previous front of house experience within a high-quality hospitality environment beneficial.
· Minimum 18 Years Old.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
