You will lead video and multimedia projects from concept through final delivery and be as the primary video production lead for the Association's UK&I region. This is a experienced, hands-on production role. It requires advanced technical skills in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and field production. Additionally, it demands a creative eye and the ability to capture footage at events, in-studio, and on location.
Working with multiple partners, the Senior Producer builds relationships, and owns projects from idea to execution. You are an experienced, creative and collaborative producer who will deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. You will report to the Lead Creative Multimedia Manager as an individual contributor and use a hybrid work schedule.

You Have:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Television, or related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years of hands-on video production experience, with an emphasis on motion graphics, cinematography, editing, and visual storytelling.

Experience telling compelling stories through editing, with a creative eye for pacing, structure, sound, visual composition, and audience engagement.

Motion graphics and visual design experience, with the ability to create, engaging graphics and animation that improve the story and brand.

Filming experience in studio, field, and live-event environments, with an understanding of cameras, lighting, audio, composition, and directing talent.

Experience taking a project from concept through final delivery, including shaping the creative approach, developing visual narratives, filming, editing, and collaborating with partners.

Experience producing video content across a variety of formats and platforms, adapting storytelling and creative approaches to different audiences and channels.
