About The Role
Your Impact and Responsibilities:

Provide essential personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) ensuring dignity and comfort.

Deliver sensitive incontinence care, maintaining client wellbeing.

Administer and support clients with their medication needs accurately.

Assist with safe moving and handling, confidently utilising equipment like hoists and rotunda transfers.

Offer meaningful companionship, alongside practical support with domestic tasks and shopping.

Provide compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring comfort and support during sensitive times.
We are committed to your professional growth, offering comprehensive training through our 2-day induction covering all aspects of care. This is complemented by a voluntary shadow shift to experience a 'day in the life' with an experienced Care Assistant.
