Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pricing & Sales Manager to join our team in. This role is vital in driving our sales strategies and maintaining our commitment to excellence in vehicle leasing services. As a key member of our team, you will help shape the future of our company's growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Developing and implementing the commercial strategy for CLP
- To Manage, support and develop the Sales team for CLP
- Collaborate with VC & CLP to deliver pricing projects and new initiatives
- Managing all content on both Vehicle Consulting and Car Leasing People websites (Pricing) Identifying new vehicle deals quickly and in a timely manner and get them uploaded onto the website immediately
- Management of pricing on 3rd party aggregators i.e., Leasing.com, Lease Loco etc.
- Ownership of all vehicle related pricing within our website, including rate book management, running of quotations, special offers, stock deals, benchmarking, and ongoing tracking & communication of deals
- Primary point of contact for dealers, funders & manufacturers for all pricing, discounts, stock deal related activity and ensure that this information is shared proactively with both CLP & VC
- Responsible for the management of all rate books & pricing for our client bespoke salary sacrifice portals
- Align with our marketing partner on activity on both sides and ensure that this is shared with our internal sales teams.
- Overseeing the distribution of all customers leads to the Car Leasing People Sales Team in a timely manner.
- Full deal Management using the Monday system
- Analysis of customer behaviour what deals are working/gaining interest compared to others, market research & looking at our competitors
- Build relationships with Manufacturer’s and negotiate extra support to build some tactical deals for the company
- Liaising with customers in their early stages of the buying process i.e. stock availability answering queries before they turn into qualified leads
- Finding other 3rd party websites where we can advertise cars/prices
- Analysis of customer behaviour what deals are working/gaining interest compared to others, market research and looking at what competitors are doing

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
