We are seeking a skilled and versatile General Builder to join our team. Responsibilities
- Carry out joinery tasks such as framing, fitting, and finishing work with precision.
- Perform roofing repairs and installations, ensuring durability and weather resistance.
- Conduct construction painting to meet project specifications and aesthetic standards.
- Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete various construction tasks.
- Fabricate components on-site as required for customised project needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as joinery, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, or welding.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials safely and work at heights when necessary.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction trades are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
