Dimonty Alloys is looking for an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician to join our busy and growing team.
We are a well-established alloy wheel refurbishment company based in Standish, Wigan, close to M6 Junction 27.
This is a full-time, permanent position with good rates of pay available for the right candidate.
The Role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Alloy wheel preparation and refurbishment
- Safely jacking up customer vehicles
- Removing and refitting wheels
- Removing and refitting tyres
- Using tyre fitting equipment
- Preparing wheels ready for refurbishment
- Working through wheels efficiently while maintaining a high standard
- Quality checking completed work
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Working as part of a busy workshop team
Experience Required
Previous experience within alloy wheel refurbishment is required for this position.
You should be:
- Experienced in alloy wheel refurbishment
- Confident jacking vehicles and removing/refitting wheels
- Confident removing and refitting tyres
- Comfortable using tyre fitting equipment
- Reliable and punctual
- Hard-working and able to work at pace
- Focused on producing high-quality work
- Comfortable working in a busy workshop environment
- Able to work well as part of a team
