We pride ourselves on serving exceptional local and seasonal ingredients via our carefully curated tasting menus and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and for Lunch - Wednesday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Rang to join our team at the restaurant. The role will involve running a busy section for service delivering an exceptional guest experience as well as mentoring junior members of the team.
We are keen to hear from applicants with experience in similar high quality establishments, a passion for food, beverage and customer service and a drive to develop themselves and their careers further.
