Shifts take place during the day and early evening (between 8:00am and 8:30pm), rather than full-day hours, and we offer flexible working options to suit your lifestyle. Weekend availability is required for this role.
Your main responsibility will be to support individuals in their own homes or in the community. This may involve providing respite care for family carers or supporting clients to develop life skills and increase social inclusion.
Encouraging social inclusion and identifying meaningful activities
Supporting access to employment or education
Maintaining accurate and factual daily records
Promoting dignity, privacy, and independence
Supporting daily tasks such as budgeting, cleaning, and cooking
Providing personal care where needed
Supporting with the administration of medication
Please note: You may be required to travel to other locations we support, as needed
