Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team.
This role will require early mornings and weekend cleaning, 12 hours per week will be divided up over 5 days. Monday 5am - 9am, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am -8am, Wednesday and Thursday day off.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a commercial Public House. with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning services in a professional environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including washrooms, and communal areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and workstations
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as required
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly products where applicable
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety standards is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work and punctuality
