As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and experienced working foreperson.
You will be an all-round builder or joiner and must be confident across a range of building tasks. You will be hard working in a fast paced environment. You will manage the full day to day of more than one site (within close proximity of each other) and required to put your stamp on the job from start to finish. You will also be required to go on the tools as and when required.
You must be able to manage/direct a team and provide them with a schedule of works weekly and as things change/evolve daily
What We’re Looking For:
- A brilliant timekeeper first and foremost to set an example to the team
- UK-qualified in joinery (NVQ or equivalent) or if all round builder must be time served with good all round building knowledge
- Skilled in all building work and able to work across various aspects of residential construction
- Must have own tools and a full UK driving licence
- Experienced in roofing a plus if joiner
- Have great knowledge and skills in various building works
- Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- must be local to Bramhall
