A well-regarded and long-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or experienced Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy and successful team based in Canterbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking high-quality work, strong client exposure, and a supportive environment with genuine flexibility.
You will handle a broad and interesting caseload of commercial property matters, including:

Sales and acquisitions of commercial property

Asset sales and purchases
-
Contracts conditional on planning
-
Overage and option agreements
-
Commercial lending transactions
-
Lease work (grants, assignments, and related matters)

Supporting property development projects
You will manage your own files from instruction through to completion and work with a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, occupiers, and high-net-worth individuals.
You will be:

A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Around 3+ years PQE (guideline, not essential)

Experienced in managing a varied commercial property caseload

Confident running transactions independently

Commercially aware and client-focused

Interested in business development and relationship building

A collaborative team player
