Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
Industry: Private healthcare / cross-cultural health services
About Us
MEDii Health is a fast-growing, cross-cultural private healthcare business in London. We’re boutique, ambitious, and unafraid to do things differently — and we’re looking for a marketer who wants to make AI the engine of how we work, not a gimmick on the side. If you already run your own life and work through AI, and you’re itching to prove what a modern, AI-first marketing function can really do, keep reading.
The opportunity
This isn’t a role where you slot into someone else’s process. You’ll design the process. We want you to build a new AI-powered marketing workflow from the ground up — one that produces sharp copy, strong design, and quality video at a speed and consistency a traditional team couldn’t match, and that brings a traditional healthcare brand genuinely into the modern era.
You’ll own MEDii’s content and growth end to end: creating, automating, and delivering across online and offline. You’ll turn AI from a buzzword into a working system — and you’ll have the freedom, and the mandate, to do it properly.
What you’ll build and own
- A new AI-first workflow: design how marketing content gets created, produced, scheduled, and reported — with AI and automation doing the heavy lifting so quality and output stay high without a big team.
- End-to-end content: produce copy, graphics, and video across social, web, email, and campaigns — fast, on-brand, and consistently.
- AI-powered production: push AI tools for writing, design, video, and ideation as far as they’ll go, and keep finding the next edge as the tools evolve.
- Consistent social presence: keep MEDii visible, engaging, and growing across platforms (including Chinese platforms such as WeChat and RED/Xiaohongshu).
- Integrated online + offline campaigns: plan and deliver campaigns, and bring energy and content to community and corporate events and activations.
- Measure, learn, improve: track what works, iterate fast, and keep raising the bar.
Who you are
You’re ambitious and a little impatient with “the way things have always been done.” You already weave AI into your daily life and work — not because you were told to, but because you can’t imagine working any other way. You want to be the person who proves what’s possible, and you want a business that will actually let you.
- A capable, all-round marketer — comfortable owning copy, design, and video, not just one of them.
- Strong practical skills across writing, graphic design (Canva, Figma, Adobe), and video editing (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or similar).
- Genuinely AI-native: you use AI tools daily, chase what’s new, and love turning them into real, repeatable systems.
- Tech-savvy and quick to master new platforms, tools, and automation.
- A self-starter who ships consistently online and shows up for offline campaigns and events.
- A fast learner, energised (not put off) by the challenge of modernising a traditional industry, with real interest in healthcare and helping people.
- A portfolio, showreel, or examples of your work (copy, design, and/or video).
Nice to have
- Mandarin language skills (spoken and/or written).
- Experience with Chinese social platforms (WeChat, RED/Xiaohongshu, Douyin).
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid social, email marketing, or CRM tools.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated/professional services.
Why this role is different
- A blank canvas: you’re building the AI marketing playbook, not inheriting one.
- Real ownership from day one — you run the engine, not a single task in it.
- Front-row seat to AI reshaping two traditional worlds: marketing and healthcare.
- Proper training and support, and the freedom to experiment and build.
- Fast growth as the business scales — shape the role, and grow with it.
- A friendly, ambitious, multicultural team that backs bold ideas.
