Main Responsibilities
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, providing professional and friendly support.
- Resolving customer queries and concerns over the phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate effective solutions and keep customers informed.
- Following up with customers by phone to provide updates and ensure issues have been resolved.
- Managing multiple customer cases simultaneously while meeting service level agreements and deadlines.
- Escalating complex issues where necessary and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcome for the customer.
- Providing feedback to relevant departments to help improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Must have experience in a customer care role
- Must be able to handle complaints under demanding situations
- Be empathetic and a problem solver
- Confident IT Skills - able to navigate through various computer systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to communicate in a confident, clear, and friendly manner
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude towards work

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Please note that although this is a remote role, you must be available for 2 weeks training at our site in Pontefract.
