Warehouse Team Leader
Sheffield
Full-time | Permanent
Think you've got what it takes to keep a warehouse running like clockwork?
Eclipse Magnetics are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll coordinate the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring orders are despatched accurately, on time and to the high standards our customers expect, while maintaining a safe, organised and cost-effective operation.
You'll oversee the Warehouse team, coordinate workloads to match demand, and make sure processes are followed consistently. From managing inventory and carrier costs to investigating issues, identifying root causes, maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring health and safety standards are met, you'll play a key role in keeping the operation running efficiently. You'll also work closely with Customer Services and other departments to resolve issues quickly and ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers.
We're looking for someone with experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be organised, proactive and confident managing changing priorities, with strong communication and administrative skills. Experience using Microsoft Office packages is essential, while experience with SAP would be advantageous. As the role is hands-on, you'll need to hold a valid forklift licence.
You'll be someone who leads by example and enjoys getting the best out of your team. Self-motivated and confident using your own initiative, you'll take ownership of your work, bring ideas to the table and look for practical ways to keep improving how we operate.
In return, you'll join a well-established manufacturing business where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the future of our warehouse operation.
This is a fully site-based role at our Atlas facility in Sheffield, with no remote or hybrid working, giving you the opportunity to work closely with the team and play an active role in the operation.
