Summary
'Assistant Manager - Operations' is a vital role at The Hillroom located in Boxhill . In this position, you will oversee daily restaurant and events operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the team in delivering authentic Indian and modern British cuisine . Your leadership will help us uphold our commitment to quality and cultural authenticity.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support menu development and culinary innovation.
- Implement operational policies to improve efficiency.
- Assist in training staff to uphold brand standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
- Strong understanding of British cuisine and preferred Indian cuisine.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
