Spitroast Crosby is one of Liverpool's most loved rotisserie chicken restaurants. Part of the Twenty Two Ventures group, we've been serving bold food and high-energy hospitality since 2014 - and the Crosby site is going from strength to strength.
We're a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and floor. The team here moves with urgency and takes real pride in the food. If you want a supervisor role in a venue that actually has momentum behind it, this is it.
The Role
You're the shift leader - the bridge between the team and the manager. On shift, you run the floor. You set the pace, hold the standard, and make sure every guest leaves happy. When the Restaurant Manager isn't in, you are the lead.
This isn't a token title. You'll brief the team before every service, manage labour in real time, handle guest issues, and keep the energy up through a busy shift. The Restaurant Manager trusts you to run it like they would.
What You'll Do
- Run the floor confidently on every shift - lead, brief, and set the pace
- Be the guest experience standard-bearer - you model the service you expect from the team
- Handle complaints swiftly and professionally
- Manage labour on shift - real-time decisions, not guesswork
- Keep the venue clean, tidy, and guest-ready at all times
- Complete opening and closing checklists thoroughly
- Support the Restaurant Manager with feedback and honest communication

- Solid FOH experience - you've worked a busy floor and know how it runs
- Natural confidence when leading a team under pressure
- Clear communicator - honest up and down
- Someone who takes real pride in their venue and their service
