Job Description
- Identify and develop new commercial partnerships with corporate clients requiring recruitment and consultancy services
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients across the UK and international markets
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for business expansion
- Negotiate service agreements and commercial contracts with corporate partners
- Oversee client engagement for recruitment and branding consultancy projects
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and employer branding activities
- Represent the company at networking events, recruitment fairs, and business meetings
- Monitor project delivery and maintain client satisfaction
