The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.
As a Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return, we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What you'll do

Provide administrative support across sourcing, contracting, category management and project procurement activities.

Maintain contract documentation, process contract amendments, manage price file uploads and ensure master data accuracy.

Prepare reports, supplier meeting documentation and records, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.

Support supplier engagement activities, including meeting coordination, minute-taking and performance tracking against agreed KPIs.

Assist with governance, compliance and procurement processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to sustainability and inclusive procurement initiatives while supporting continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
What you bring

Relevant qualification in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience within procurement, purchasing, supply chain, contracts administration, or a similar commercial support role.

Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP or a similar platform, with confidence working across procurement and supply chain processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Proficient in reporting, data management and Microsoft Office applications, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
