We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Showroom Executive to join our team and help create a welcoming, professional shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories based on their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and explain safe and responsible product use.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked showroom.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Ensure products are correctly displayed and priced.
- Handle customer enquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
- Stay up to date with new products, promotions, and vaping industry trends.
- Follow all company policies and legal requirements, including age verification and responsible retailing.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Vaping Knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays where required.
Essential
- Must be 18 years or older due to the sale of age-restricted products.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Employment to start from 1st August 2026. The right candidate will have an immediate start.
