We are looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic team members to join our frozen yogurt and ice cream shop. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and helps create a clean, welcoming environment for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Serve frozen yogurt, ice cream, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Assist customers with flavors, toppings, and product recommendations.
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of serving areas, dining areas, and equipment.
- Refill toppings, cups, cones, and other supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Help open and close the store, including cleaning and restocking.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service.
- Handle customer questions or concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and payments.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a cold food preparation environment.
