Are you ready to grow your marketing career while making a meaningful impact in housing? We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to join our Housing Marketing Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver engaging marketing campaigns across our rented housing and extra care services. You'll play a key role in promoting our locations, supporting occupancy and bringing our rented housing marketing strategy to life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working alongside the Marketing Manager to coordinate and deliver integrated online and offline marketing campaigns across rented housing and extra care.
- Identifying priority locations, booking media through external agencies, briefing artwork to the Design team, and liaising with publishers and suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Developing and maintaining marketing toolkits, guidance, intranet content and promotional materials to support consistent and effective local marketing activity.
- Maintaining accurate third-party directory listings and ensuring marketing information across internal systems is kept up to date.
- Coordinating the marketing inbox, responding to enquiries professionally, and maintaining mailing and suppression lists in line with agreed processes.
- Building strong working relationships with Housing Operations, the Customer Centre, Communications and Marketing colleagues, agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing activity.
Who are we looking for?

- A keen eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, agencies, suppliers and stakeholders across different teams.
- A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how to maximise the effective use of marketing budgets and external suppliers within a not-for-profit environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
- Confidence working with data, monitoring campaign performance and using insights to help improve future marketing activity.
