We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bathroom Fitter to join our dynamic Social Housing team in Cheltenham.
Responsibilities:
- Install and refurbish bathrooms in occupied and void social housing properties
- Remove existing bathroom suites and prepare areas for new installations
- Fit baths, showers, toilets, basins, vanity units, and bathroom furniture
- Carry out basic plumbing, tiling, silicone sealing, and patch plastering as required
- Install wall panels, flooring, and associated fixtures and fittings
- Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations, building standards, and company specifications
- Diagnose and resolve installation issues to ensure a high-quality finish
- Work professionally in tenants' homes, providing excellent customer service and minimising disruption
Requirements:
- Proven experience fitting bathrooms in social housing, domestic, or residential properties
- Competent in installing bathroom suites, wall panels, flooring, and associated fixtures
- Good knowledge of basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and silicone finishing
- Ability to read job specifications, drawings, and complete installations to a high standard
- Full UK driving licence
