Espresso 10 is recruiting for a dependable cafe assistant to be part of our team at our Middlesbrough Town Centre Kiosk.
At Espresso 10, our key focus is people and as a valued team member you will be an integral part of a team, working to deliver an impeccable experience for our customers.
We're looking for a cafe assistant who may already have experience working in other coffee shops. Full training will be given.
Duties of a Barista:
o Be the face of the Company.
o Adhering to excellent cleanliness and standards.
o Operating the till.
o Preparing and Serving Hot and Cold Drinks.
o Preparing and Serving Dinky Donuts.
o Assisting with stock takes and rotation.
o Cleaning of the outside seating area tables.
Requirements of a Barista:
o Excellent customer service skills.
o Strong teamwork qualities.
o Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
o A willingness to learn.
o Able to adhere to a flexible working pattern.
o Applicants must have the Right to work in the UK.
Hours offered are 20 per week plus cover opportunities. Weekend work is required as part of the job.
