Key Responsibilities:
- System Architecture & Coding: Design, develop, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-tested code across full-stack applications.
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead features from initial discovery and technical scoping through to high-fidelity implementation and production deployment.
- Quality & Collaboration: Conduct thorough code reviews, participate in pair programming, and maintain high standards across our software ecosystem.
- System Reliability: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, ensuring top-tier security and reliability for critical health systems.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Present your technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders, explaining why a specific architectural pattern was chosen to solve a complex problem.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in Software Engineering (Full Stack, Front-End, or Back-End) building scalable Web/SaaS solutions.
- Technical Mastery: Strong command of modern languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#) alongside modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Database & Cloud: Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git version control, and cloud/CI-CD environments.
- Mindset: You are pragmatic. You know how to balance elegant system design with shipping business-critical features on time.
Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
