Female Support Worker Wanted – Bristol
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10am – 6pm
Pay Rate: £12.34 - £13.17 per hour
Location: Bristol
Transport: Must have own transport
Are you a caring, reliable and positive person who loves making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Female Support Worker to join our friendly team supporting vulnerable adults to live fulfilling and independent lives.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Ideally at least 1 year’s experience as a Support Worker or Carer
✅ A genuine people person with compassion and patience
✅ Someone reliable, motivated and able to work independently
✅ Must have your own transport (required for travel between clients)
What you’ll do:
- Provide person-centred support to adults in their homes and community
- Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
- Offer companionship, practical help and emotional support
