Duties

- Manage the ebay account and communicate witht the online clients
- Provide detailed product information, including specifications, compatibility, and maintenance tips
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash or electronic payments
- Maintain organized displays of auto parts and ensure shelves are stocked with popular items
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate inventory management and order replenishments
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Support inventory maintenance by conducting regular stock checks and updating product records
- Manage returns, refunds and disputes from online sales
