At Chalk Healthcare, we’re growing and looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
You don’t need previous recruitment experience. What we’re looking for is someone with energy, determination and a desire to learn. We’ll provide the training and support you need to develop into a successful Recruitment Consultant.
You’ll work alongside our experienced team and dedicated Resourcing Team, learning how to build client relationships, win new business and make successful placements within the healthcare sector.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the full recruitment process while developing your own desk and client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning how to develop new business and build client relationships.
- Supporting existing client accounts and identifying new opportunities.
- Working closely with our Resourcing Team to identify suitable candidates.
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Learning how to negotiate and close placements.
- Working towards individual and team targets.
- Maintaining accurate records and high standards of compliance.
- Developing your knowledge of the healthcare recruitment market.
