About the role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. You will build positive relationships, offer practical and emotional support, and encourage people to participate in everyday activities and their local community.
What we're looking for

- A positive and reliable approach to work
- Previous care or support experience is beneficial but not essential
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
