As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Operative to join our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives their order accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for preparing orders, maintaining stock levels and helping keep our warehouse organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare parcels for daily dispatch.
- Check products for quality before packing.
- Monitor and track inventory levels.
- Organise and replenish warehouse stock.
- Receive and process incoming deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
- Report damaged or missing stock.
- Help prepare products for launches, pop-up events and promotions.
- Ensure all orders are packed to Origin Beauté's brand standards.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work independently.
- Comfortable using computers and mobile apps.
- Physically able to lift and move stock when required.
- Passionate about beauty and customer service.
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
