Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. The Chef De Partie will work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your designated section in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of food and equipment
- Serve dishes to guests when required, providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Experience in meal preparation and working with diverse cuisines is desirable
- Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced setting preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards serving guests

Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
