We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Matcha Barista to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality iced matcha drinks to company standards.
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the till.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and food hygiene standards throughout the day.
- Restock ingredients, cups, milk, and other supplies as required.
- Open and close the concession stand following company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report when items need replenishing.
- Ensure all food and drink preparation follows Food Standards Agency (FSA) guidelines.
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience.
- Represent the Aleomi Matcha brand professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about food, drinks, or hospitality.
- Willingness to learn matcha preparation techniques (full training provided).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Previous café, retail, or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
