Turnpower Services is a growing provider of specialist engineering and infrastructure support. We’re known for our reliability, responsiveness, and excellent service delivery. As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and organised Client Account Administrator to support our operations and maintain top-quality service for our clients.
About the Role:
As an Client Account Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts, updating key operational systems, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. You’ll play a vital part in making sure everything runs like clockwork for both our clients and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client information on our CAFM and job management systems (e.g. Simpro)
- Manage job progress and status updates to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding service updates, queries, and scheduling
- Monitor job queues and help allocate resources efficiently
- Produce client reports, documentation, and updates as needed
- Support coordination between engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist with contract administration and ensure SLAs/KPIs are being met
- Source and order materials for jobs as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar administrative or client support role (ideally in facilities management, construction, or engineering)
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and/or Simpro (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal
- A customer-focused approach and a proactive mindset
- Good IT skills – especially Excel, Word, and job management platforms
This role is Full-Time, Office Based, Monday - Friday
